Refund policy

All NIA Artisans products are handcrafted with great care, making each piece unique.

If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

Once the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
